This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Kynetiq. It is intentionally written in plain English. Breaching it may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
1. Treat everyone with respect
- No harassment, threats, intimidation, stalking, or bullying.
- No hate speech or discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic.
- No doxxing or sharing of another person's private information without consent.
2. Safety
- No sexual, romantic, or exploitative conduct with clients or coaches discovered through Kynetiq.
- No coaching of anyone under the age of 18 (the Platform is restricted to adults at launch).
- No coaching while impaired by alcohol or drugs.
- Follow the Safety & Health Disclaimer at all times.
3. Honest content
- No fake, paid, coerced, or incentivised reviews.
- No misleading qualifications, prices, locations, photos, or session descriptions.
- No impersonation of another person, brand, or organisation.
4. No off-platform payment
Discovering a coach or client through Kynetiq and then arranging payment outside the Platform to avoid platform fees is prohibited, undermines trust, and forfeits Kynetiq's dispute support.
5. Lawful use
- No unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
- No money laundering, sanctions evasion, or terrorism financing.
- No content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- No malware, scraping, automated abuse, security probing, or attempts to bypass platform protections.
6. Adult and sensitive content
Kynetiq is a professional coaching marketplace. Sexually explicit content, gratuitous violence, and content glorifying self-harm or eating disorders are not permitted.
7. Reporting
Report violations by emailing support@kynetiq.appwith the subject line "Safety report". Include the user or booking ID and any supporting evidence. We treat safety reports as a priority and aim to respond within one business day.
8. Enforcement
Depending on severity, Kynetiq may: warn the user; remove the offending content; restrict features; suspend the account; or permanently terminate the account and withhold pending payouts where lawful. Serious or repeated violations skip earlier steps. Decisions can be appealed by replying to the enforcement email within 14 days.
9. In an emergency
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first - do not wait for a Kynetiq response.
